Check for that gently used musical instrument. 

Bring your gently used musical instrument(s) to the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts.

Complete and affix a Donate Musical Instruments Form (scroll down this page) and tracking ticket to your instrument.

Keep your copy & ticket stub for your donation records.

Pick up your tax deduction letter on November 26th, 6p -9p at the Chesapeake Friends of the Arts table at Not Just Jazz 2011, or the Chesapeake Friends of the Arts (CFOTA) will mail your letter to you.

Make a difference in a child's life! Help expand a student's learning by introducing him to the world of performing arts...an experience that many may never have the opportunity to explore.

Each donated instrument receives a new home - with a child who needs a musical instrument!

Chesapeake Friends of the Arts (CFOTA) was established in May, 2006 as an educational and non-profit organization to stimulate participation and an appreciation of the Arts in Chesapeake.
